The scanning systems are fully compliant to BiP:0008 ‘recommendations for the legal admissibility of scanned images’ whilst a trained and highly skilled workforce manage the scanning processes ensuring that all images are faultlessly captured.

The Depository has the ability to handle all projects from the specialist capture of an irreplaceable illustrations or painting through to the automatic capture of millions of application forms or customer satisfaction surveys.

Linking the physical storage of files to a full document scanning solution is a ‘Scan-on-demand’ service. This option allows the client to efficiently store original paperwork and only scan files once they are actually required for retrieval! Resulting images are then either published to the secure Depository ‘Data Hosting’ solution or emailed directly to the requestor.
